Resin Bonded Surfacing

Our Resin Bonded Decorative Surfacing is a two part polyurethane resin system. It can be easily applied to macadam, sound timber, steel and concrete surfaces and available with a wide range of decorative aggregates for many applications.

Typical Applications:

  • Driveways

  • Ramps
  • Pedestrian Precincts
  • Landscaping Schemes
  • Bridle Paths
  • Heritage Areas

Advanced pigmentation technology allows for resin to be coloured to match aggregate colour resulting in far superior aesthetic qualities in the finished surface.

Motifs, logos, house numbers or just about anything else imaginable can be inlaid into the resin surfacing by using a contrasting gravel.

Available in a bespoke range of colours and textures, using an extensive range of natural and pigmented aggregates including stone, spar, granite, marble, bauxite and gravel.

Hand trowelling - Pebbleset Resin Bound Surfacing

This method relies on the aggregate and the resin being agitated together in mixer, and then spread over the prepared base with hand floats, screeding bars and trowels. This type of work generally ensures an adequate thickness is applied to the entire area and is a fairly common method of application.

This application can be applied to tree pit areas, seating areas, driveways etc.
